The Wilson 811710 is a direct connect 900 band amplifier. Direct connect amplifiers can only be used for one phone.

The advantage of a direct connect amplifier over a wireless is that it has a stronger gain than a wireless amplifier. It is also cheaper than the regular wireless amplifier. Another advantage it has is that it can be used with a glass mount antenna thereby not needing to make holes in your vehicle like the NMO needs or have wires coming in through your window like the magnet mounts. It is recommended to be used for stationary items. For example atm machines, computers, and cars.
