The 301113 is a dual band/Iden magnet mount trucker antenna. The difference between the 301103 and the 301113 is the height. The 301103 is 12 ' and the 301113 is only 4.175" high. The higher the antenna the more gain you will receive. If you are in an area that has some gain and just want to increase it, the 301113 will work.
The advantage of the magnet mounts over the NMO (301105) is that for the magnet mounts you don't have to drill through the roof of your vehicle and for the NMO you do.
Another advantage is that the magnet mounts could be transferred to other vehicles. The advantage of a NMO is that it has a sleeker look since the cable is hidden from sight.
