The 801215 is a kit containing the 801201 amplifier. The 801201 is a dual band 40 dB amplifier. It should be used in a country type area where there is more than 10 miles between the cell phone and the cell tower. It also contains the 301146 cradle antenna.
The difference between the 801215 and the 801213 is that the 801213 also includes the 301103 magnetic antenna and the 801215 does not include it.
